For product support, account help or subscription questions, email support@lulnara.com.
Include the email address on your Lulnara account, the device you are using and a short description of what happened. Do not include sensitive child health details unless they are necessary for the support request.
Account help
We can help with sign-in issues, email verification, password reset, profile access, family sharing, caregiver invitations and account deletion questions.
If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, contact us promptly at support@lulnara.com.
Subscriptions and billing
Lulnara subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed in your Apple Account settings. You can use the in-app subscription screen to restore purchases or open Apple subscription management.
For refund requests, billing disputes or cancellation rules, Apple may require you to use its own purchase support flow.
Privacy and data requests
Privacy questions, rights requests and deletion requests can be sent to privacy@lulnara.com. You can read the current Privacy Policy and Terms of Service on this website.
If you are asking us to access, export, correct or delete account data, we may need to verify that you control the relevant Lulnara account before acting on the request.
Health and safety limits
Lulnara is a family care record and wellness support tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, emergency guidance, medication decisions or clinical decision support.
If you have an urgent medical concern, contact a qualified healthcare professional or the appropriate emergency services in your location.
